Dr. Richard Brent - CEO:  as CEO of US Hydro, Inc., he is uniquely qualified for the roles of marketing, engineering, accounting, construction, and construction management.  Richard brings to US Hydro the skills and expertise necessary for hydro power project inception through and including hydro power operations.  Richard's background includes; Executive (CEO, CFO) and management (VP, Director, Controller) roles in many domestic and international corporations.  As a published and noted author for renewable energy, specifically hydro and solar power projects, Richard is well known in the industry among his peers.  Richard is also an owner in US Hydro General Commercial and Electrical Contractors, LLC and has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting, with a minor in Finance/Aerospace Engineering, from the New York Institute of Technology.  Richard's sustainability background was achieved at Stanford University.

Roger Jaffe - CIO:  as CIO of US Hydro, Inc., he is uniquely qualified for the role of Chief Information Officer.  Roger was an independent consultant specializingin interim CIO engagements, among his clients was GXS where he was Senior Vice President and CIO.  He was also with Tatum CIO Partners, LLP and later with Tatum, LLC where he established and managed Tatum's Public Sector Group.  Roger retired from IBM after serving as Chief Information Officer - Governmental Programs.  Roger holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland.  He holds a Federal CIO Certification from the Federal CIO University and Graduate CIO Certificate from the University of Maryland.
